Refund & Return Policy
At Aarha, we curate every piece with the utmost love, care, and strict quality checks. Because our collection features delicate, limited-edition handlooms and artisanal jewellery, we operate on a strict No Refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer cash, card, or bank refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of a colour variation
- No longer needing the product
- Ordering the wrong item
We strongly recommend reading all product descriptions carefully and reaching out to us with any questions before making a purchase.
Exchanges for Transit Damage
In the rare event that your item arrives physically damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- Unboxing Video Required: You must record a clear, unedited, uninterrupted video of the package being opened from start to finish. This is mandatory and required by our courier partners to verify transit damage.
- Report Within 24 Hours: Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with your order number and the unboxing video.
Claims made after 24 hours or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Colour & Handloom Variations
Our handlooms are authentic, handcrafted textiles. The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Variations in weave, tiny slubs, or minor thread gaps โ these are natural characteristics of authentic handlooms such as Kanchi, Tussar, or handprinted cottons.
- Slight colour differences due to digital photography lighting or your screen's display settings.
